Sunshine breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 100g fresh pineapple
  • 1 green apple, cut into quarters (use skin, seeds and stem in recipe)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tbsp ground linseed (flaxseed)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender the order listed and secure lid.

Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to high. Blend for 30 seconds until combined and creamy.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.
