Ingredients
4 tortillas
6 tbsp cream cheese
3 shallots
2 cups cooked chicken
cubed
2 cups mozarella cheese
Equipment
- 1 frying pan
- 1 contact grill
- 1 sandwich press
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on the bench. Mix the cream cheese with the shallots. Spread equal amounts on each tortilla.
- Top with chicken and cheese. Fold in half.
- Heat a frying pan or a contact grill. Spray the pan or grill with canola oil and grill. Turn halfway through.
- Cut into wedges and serve with avocado salsa.
