Rice pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

Method

Preheat oven to 175C.

Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, stir to mix.

Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes.

Place plastic wrap on top of warm rice pudding and place in fridge to cool.
